DIY Option 1- Design Concept and Ideas Only

  • A quick and fun questionnaire where I clarify what you would love in your dream space. This process will crystalize for you what direction you want the design to go in. (Don't worry if you don't know what you want yet!) I will also determine if this package is a good fit for your project.

  • E-mail or phone conversation that will give me all the information I need to create a design plan that is custom to your style and space.

  • You will receive a design guide in PDF form that includes:

  1. Analysis of your style and how to achieve it.

  2. Optimal furniture floor plan and layout to maximize your space

  3. A sophisticated color palette for your room

  4. Paint color suggestions that coordinate with your color scheme.

  5. A list of recommended furniture and an explanation of what to look for when shopping.

  6. Window treatment recommendations and advice.

  7. Art and accessory advice and designer styling tips for your specific space.

  8. Lighting ideas to complete the transformation.

  9. Inspiration images to help you visualize the completed room.

Everything that is included in option 1, plus exact links to the items you will need to order:

  • Mood board and color scheme for the room with the exact paint color or wallpaper names

  • Furniture options and other items selected within your budget

  • Detailed shopping list with links to the exact items in the design.

  • Window treatments, size, type, and style with links to companies and exact products.

  • Custom lighting design and fixtures.

  • Art, accessories and soft furnishing items selected, and styling advice on where to put them.
